Powerful Xiaomi 12 Ultra specs leak
According to @Shadow_Leak, a tipster, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will feature a 6.73-inch display. That will be a QHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. We’re looking at an LTPO 2.0 display, which means its refresh rate will be adaptive. This will also be an E5 display from Samsung, and a 10bit panel. The device will include a 4,900mAh battery on the inside, and it will support 120W fast wired charging. Wireless charging is not mentioned here, but chances are it will offer 50W wireless charging, just like the Xiaomi 12 Pro. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ SoC is said to fuel this phone. This chip will be manufactured by TSMC, and it’s expected to offer better thermals and overall better performance than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
Three cameras are tipped to be included on the back
Now, in regards to cameras. You can expect three cameras on the back, based on this information. A 50-megapixel main camera (OIS) will be backed by a 48-megapixel ultrawide camera (OIS), and a 48-megapixel periscope telephoto camera (120x zoom). Android 12 will come pre-installed on the device, along with Xiaomi’s MIUI 13 skin. The device will include Stereo Speakers, tuned by Harman Kardon. It will also be IP68 certified for water and dust resistance. That is basically all the spec info that surfaced. The Xiaomi 12 Ultra is expected to utilize a large, circular camera module on the back. What’s odd, though, is that the leaked design suggested four cameras will sit on the back, at least. This rumor claims three will be placed on the back. It remains to be seen. The Xiaomi 12 Ultra will be the third high-end smartphone from the company this year. The Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro launched earlier this year in China, and earlier this month globally. The Xiaomi 12 Ultra is expected to be announced in China in May. The device will launch globally as well, but a bit later on.
