Now that the event is over, Samsung can finally turn its attention to its other models, basically the affordable segment. Samsung is planning to release two new smartphones in the Galaxy M and the F series, namely the Galaxy M33 and the F23 5G phones. Ahead of their official unveiling, both phones have appeared on multiple certification websites. Fast forward to now, support pages for the upcoming Galaxy F23 5G went live on the Samsung India website. This suggests the phone will be launched in India. It seems to be coming to the region as a Flipkart-exclusive. For other markets, though, Samsung could rebrand this phone like the Galaxy M23 5G. Not only that, another support page for a different device is live on the company’s Russian website.
The Galaxy M33 5G could be called the Galaxy F33 5G in India
The device we are talking about is the Galaxy M33 5G. Apparently, it is expected to be launched in other markets as well. Europe could very well see the launch of this device. As a Flipkart alternative, as noted by SamMobile, it is safe to assume that in India, it will be launched as the Samsung Galaxy F33 5G. Notably, Bluetooth SIG was granted to the Galaxy M33 5G earlier this week. Recent benchmarks also indicate that the Galaxy M33 could be powered by Samsung’s very own Exynos 1200 chipset. There will be an upgrade in the display department in the Galaxy M33 compared to the M23. While the Galaxy M23 is speculated to come with a TFT panel, the Galaxy M33 5G would sport an AMOLED display. This would result in better viewing angles, punchier colors, and deep blacks. Overall, the media consumption experience is going to be a level higher on the Galaxy M33 5G than on the Galaxy M23. It’s all thanks to the AMOLED display. As far as other specifications of the Galaxy M33 5G are concerned, it is speculated to come with a 6GB RAM option. There will be a 6.5-inch FHD+ display. The phone sports a quad-camera setup. There will be a 64MP primary camera, with an 8MP ultrawide lens. Moreover, there will be a 5MP depth and a 2MP macro camera. We would advise our readers to take this information with a pinch of salt, as these are not official specifications and are based on rumors and leaks.
