The reason regional availability seems like a possible scenario is because the Google Store France website only shows certain colors. This includes the Pixel 6 in black and green, and the Pixel 6 Pro in black. Yet every other page shows all three colors for each model. Something to keep in mind is that this could just be for the placeholder page. When the phones actually launch, Google may offer all three colors of each model in all regions.
